Submitting Items to the Church Calendar If you would like to reserve space in the church building, please call or email the church office to check on available dates, times, and spaces. The online calendar is a good place to start when planning your event. It is updated regularly, and can be used to get a sense for availability. To make a reservation, you will need to fill out the "Church Facility/Calendar Reservation" form. This form is available on the wall in the conference room, in the office, or you may download and print a copy here. You can also supply the information on this form to the office by calling during office hours (see below) or emailing this information to the office administrator - but, if you use the email method, do not consider your reservation set until you receive a confirmation email. In the near future, we will be posting a fillable form here online. To reserve space in the facility, the office needs to know the following information: your name; the name of your group, if applicable; the date of the event; the starting and ending times of the event; your arrival and departure times, if different from the event times; the rooms to be used; the name of the person who has agreed to be responsible for set-up and clean-up; and the name of the person responsible for lights and locks. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call or stop in during office hours (see below) to check on available dates, times, and spaces, before you advertise your events.
