Our Whole Lives & Coming of Age:

The OWL program meets 5:00 - 7:00 Wednesdays (except the first Wednesday of the month)

Our Whole Lives helps participants make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. It equips participants with accurate, age-appropriate information in six subject areas: human development, relationships, personal skills, sexual behavior, sexual health and society and culture. Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, Our Whole Lives provides not only facts about anatomy and human development, but helps participants to clarify their values, build interpersonal skills and understand the spiritual, emotional and social aspects of sexuality. Youth older than 9th grade may also choose to be in the OWL program.

OWL Leaders: Tom Foster, Ben Wallace & Shari Wallace.

The Coming of Age program meets the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:10.

COA gives the youth the opportunity to explore their beliefs and write a Credo which is a statement of belief. Exploration takes place as a COA group and individually with an adult mentor of the youth’s choosing. Youth older than 9th grade may also choose to be in the COA program.

COA Coordinator: Cheryll Wallace
